First Reading: ROM 3:21-30

读经一（人的成义，是藉信德，而不在于遵行法律。）

恭读圣保禄宗徒致罗马人书 3:21-30

 

Brothers and sisters: Now the righteousness of God has been manifested apart from the law, though testified to by the law and the prophets,

弟兄们：天主的正义，在法律之外已显示出来；法律和先知也为此作证：

 

the righteousness of God through faith in Jesus Christ for all who believe. For there is no distinction;

就是天主的正义，因对耶稣基督的信德，毫无区别地，赐给了凡信仰的人，

 

all have sinned and are deprived of the glory of God.

因为所有的人都犯了罪，都失掉了天主的光荣，

 

They are justified freely by his grace through the redemption in Christ Jesus,

所以众人都因天主白白施给的恩宠，在耶稣基督内蒙救赎，成为义人。

 

whom God set forth as an expiation, through faith, by his Blood, to prove his righteousness because of the forgiveness of sins previously committed,

这耶稣即是天主公开立定，使他以自己的血，为信仰他的人作赎罪祭的；

 

through the forbearance of God–to prove his righteousness in the present time, that he might be righteous and justify the one who has faith in Jesus.

如此，天主显示了自己的正义，因为以前他因宽容放过了人的罪，为的是在今时显示自己的正义，叫人知道他是正义的，是使信仰耶稣的人成义的天主。

 

What occasion is there then for boasting? It is ruled out. On what principle, that of works?

既是这样，那里还有可自夸之处？绝对没有！因了什么制度而没有自夸之处呢？是因法律上的功行吗？

 

No, rather on the principle of faith. For we consider that a person is justified by faith apart from works of the law.

不是的！是因信德的制度，因为我们认为人的成义，是藉信德，而不在于遵行法律。

 

Does God belong to Jews alone? Does he not belong to Gentiles, too? Yes, also to Gentiles, for God is one and will justify the circumcised on the basis of faith and the uncircumcised through faith.

难道天主只是犹太人的天主吗？不也是外邦人的天主吗？是的，也是外邦人的天主！因为天主只有一个，（他使受割损的由于信德而成义，也使未受割损的凭信德而成义。）

Out of the depths I cry to you, O LORD; LORD, hear my voice! Let your ears be attentive to my voice in supplication.

领：上主，我由深渊向你呼号；我主，求你俯听我的呼号，求你侧耳俯听我的哀祷！

 

R. With the Lord there is mercy, and fullness of redemption.

【答】：上主富于仁慈，他必慷慨救援。

 

If you, O LORD, mark iniquities, Lord, who can stand? But with you is forgiveness, that you may be revered.

领：上主，你若细察我的罪愆，我主，有谁还能站立得住？可是，你宽恕为怀，令人对你起敬起爱。

 

R. With the Lord there is mercy, and fullness of redemption.

【答】：上主富于仁慈，他必慷慨救援。

 

I trust in the LORD; my soul trusts in his word. My soul waits for the LORD more than sentinels wait for the dawn.

领：我仰赖上主，我灵期待他的圣言；我灵等候我主，切于更夫待旦。

【答】：上主富于仁慈，他必慷慨救援。

 

Gospel LK 11:47-54

福音（众先知的血，都要向这一代追讨，从亚伯尔的血，到则加黎雅的血。）

恭读圣路加福音 11:47-54

 

The Lord said: "Woe to you who build the memorials of the prophets whom your fathers killed.

耶稣向法学士们说：“祸哉，你们！你们修建先知的坟墓，而你们的祖先却杀害了他们，

 

Consequently, you bear witness and give consent to the deeds of your ancestors, for they killed them and you do the building.

可见你们证明，并且赞成你们祖先所行的事，因为他们杀害了先知，而你们却修建先知的坟墓。

 

Therefore, the wisdom of God said, 'I will send to them prophets and Apostles; some of them they will kill and persecute,

为此，天主的智慧曾说过：我将要派遣先知及使者到他们那里，其中有的，他们要杀死；有的，他们要迫害，

 

in order that this generation might be charged with the blood of all the prophets shed since the foundation of the world,

为使从创造世界以来，所流众先知的血，都要向这一代追讨，

 

from the blood of Abel to the blood of Zechariah who died between the altar and the temple building.

从亚伯尔的血，到丧亡在祭坛与圣所之间的则加黎雅的血，

 

Yes, I tell you, this generation will be charged with their blood!

的确，我告诉你们：都要向这一代追讨。

 

Woe to you, scholars of the law! You have taken away the key of knowledge. You yourselves did not enter and you stopped those trying to enter."

祸哉，你们法学士！因为你们拿走了知识的钥匙，自己不进去，那愿意进去的，你们也加以阻止。”

 

When Jesus left, the scribes and Pharisees began to act with hostility toward him and to interrogate him about many things, for they were plotting to catch him at something he might say.

耶稣从那个法利塞人的家出来以后，经师们及法利塞人开始严厉迫逼他，盘问他许多的事，窥伺他，要他从口中找到语病。
