First Reading:  HEB 1:1-6

读经一（天主藉圣子向我们说了话。）

恭读致希伯来人书1:1-6

 

Brothers and sisters: In times past, God spoke in partial and various ways to our ancestors through the prophets;

天主在古时，曾多次并以多种方式，藉著先知对我们的祖先说过话；

 

in these last days, he spoke to us through the Son, whom he made heir of all things and through whom he created the universe,

但在这末期内，他藉著自己的儿子对我们说了话。天主立了他为万有的承继者，并藉着他造成了宇宙。

 

who is the refulgence of his glory, the very imprint of his being, and who sustains all things by his mighty word.

他是天主光荣的反映，是天主本体的真像，以自己大能的话支撑万有；

 

When he had accomplished purification from sins, he took his seat at the right hand of the Majesty on high, as far superior to the angels as the name he has inherited is more excellent than theirs.

当他涤除了罪恶之后，便在高天上坐于“尊威”的右边。他所承受的名字既然超越众天使的名字，所以他远超过众天使之上。

 

For to which of the angels did God ever say: You are my Son; this day I have begotten you? Or again: I will be a father to him, and he shall be a Son to me?

天主曾向那一位天使说过：“你是我的儿子，我今日生了你？”或说过：“我要作他的父亲，他要作我的儿子？”

 

And again, when he leads the first born into the world, he says: Let all the angels of God worship him.

再者，当天主引领首生子进入世界的时候，又说：“天主的众天使都要崇拜他。”

The LORD is king; let the earth rejoice; let the many isles be glad. Justice and judgment are the foundation of his throne.

领：上主为王！愿大地踊跃，无数岛屿，也都要欢乐！云彩和黑暗将他团团包围，正义与公道支持他的座位。

【答】：众天使都朝拜上主。

 

The heavens proclaim his justice, and all peoples see his glory. Let all his angels worship him.

领：苍天宣扬他的公道﹐万民目睹他的光耀。愿所有的神祇﹐都俯伏在他面前叩首。

【答】：众天使都朝拜上主。

 

Because you, O LORD, are the Most High over all the earth, exalted far above all gods.

领：上主，你在普天下是最尊贵的，你在众神中，是最崇高的。

Gospel  MK 1:14-20

福音（你们悔改，信从福音吧！）

恭读圣马尔谷福音 1:14-20

 

After John had been arrested, Jesus came to Galilee proclaiming the Gospel of God: "This is the time of fulfillment. The Kingdom of God is at hand. Repent, and believe in the Gospel."

若翰被监禁后，耶稣来到加里肋亚，宣讲天主的福音，说：“时期已满，天主的国临近了，你们悔改，信从福音吧！”

 

As he passed by the Sea of Galilee, he saw Simon and his brother Andrew casting their nets into the sea; they were fishermen.

当耶稣沿着加里肋亚海行走时，看见西满和西满的兄弟安德肋，在海里撒网，他们原是渔夫。

 

Jesus said to them, "Come after me, and I will make you fishers of men." Then they left their nets and followed him.

耶稣向他们说：“来跟随我！我要使你们成为渔人的渔夫。”他们便立刻抛下网，跟随了他。

 

He walked along a little farther and saw James, the son of Zebedee, and his brother John. They too were in a boat mending their nets. Then he called them.

耶稣向前行了不远，看见载伯德的儿子雅各伯和他的弟弟若望，正在船上修网。耶稣遂立即召叫他们；

 

So they left their father Zebedee in the boat along with the hired men and followed him.

他们就把自己的父亲载伯德和佣工们留在船上，跟随他去了。
