First Reading:  HEB 2:14-18

读经一（耶稣应当在各方面相似弟兄们，成为一个仁慈的人。）

恭读致希伯来人书2:14-18

 

Since the children share in blood and Flesh, Jesus likewise shared in them, that through death he might destroy the one who has the power of death, that is, the Devil, and free those who through fear of death had been subject to slavery all their life.

孩子既然都有同样的血肉，耶稣照样也取了一样的血肉，为能藉著死亡，毁灭那握有死亡的权势者 ── 魔鬼，并解救那些因死亡的恐怖，一生当奴隶的人。

 

Surely he did not help angels but rather the descendants of Abraham; therefore, he had to become like his brothers and sisters in every way,

其实都知道，他没有援助天使，而援助了亚巴郎的后裔。因此，他应当在各方面相似弟兄们，

 

that he might be a merciful and faithful high priest before God to expiate the sins of the people.

好能在关于天主的事上，成为一个仁慈和忠信的大司祭，以补赎人民的罪恶。

 

Because he himself was tested through what he suffered, he is able to help those who are being tested.

他既然亲自经过试探受了苦，也必能扶助受试探的人。

【答】：上主永远怀念自己的盟约。

 

Give thanks to the LORD, invoke his name; make known among the nations his deeds. Sing to him, sing his praise, proclaim all his wondrous deeds.

领：请众感谢上主，呼号他的圣名，请众在万民中，宣扬他的功行。请众歌颂他，咏赞他，传述他的奇工妙化。

 

R. The Lord remembers his covenant for ever.

【答】：上主永远怀念自己的盟约。

 

Glory in his holy name; rejoice, O hearts that seek the LORD! Look to the LORD in his strength; seek to serve him constantly.

领：请你们以他的圣名为光荣，愿寻求上主的人，乐满心中！请众寻求上主和他的德能，要时常不断追求他的仪容。

 

R. The Lord remembers his covenant for ever.

【答】：上主永远怀念自己的盟约。

 

You descendants of Abraham, his servants, sons of Jacob, his chosen ones! He, the LORD, is our God; throughout the earth his judgments prevail.

领：天主的仆人亚巴郎的后裔，上主拣选的雅各伯的儿子！他是上主，是我们的天主，他的统治遍及普世各处。

 

R. The Lord remembers his covenant for ever.

【答】：上主永远怀念自己的盟约。

 

He remembers forever his covenant which he made binding for a thousand generations Which he entered into with Abraham and by his oath to Isaac.

领：他永远怀念著自己的盟约，直到万代不忘自己的许诺；就是向亚巴郎所立的盟约，向依撒格所起的誓诺。

 

R. The Lord remembers his covenant for ever.

【答】：上主永远怀念自己的盟约。

 

Gospel  MK 1:29-39

福音（耶稣治好了许多患各种病症的人。）

恭读圣马尔谷福音 1:29-39

 

On leaving the synagogue Jesus entered the house of Simon and Andrew with James and John. Simon's mother-in-law lay sick with a fever.

那时候，耶稣出了会堂，就同雅各伯和若望来到了西满和安德肋的家里。那时，西满的岳母正躺着发烧，

 

They immediately told him about her. He approached, grasped her hand, and helped her up. Then the fever left her and she waited on them.

有人就向耶稣提起她来，耶稣上前去，握住她的手，扶她起来，热症遂即离开了她，她就侍候他们。

 

When it was evening, after sunset, they brought to him all who were ill or possessed by demons. The whole town was gathered at the door.

到了晚上，日落之后，人把所有患病的和附邪魔的，都带到他跟前。合城的人都聚在门前。

 

He cured many who were sick with various diseases, and he drove out many demons, not permitting them to speak because they knew him.

耶稣治好了许多患各种病症的人，驱逐了许多魔鬼，并且不许魔鬼说话，因为魔鬼认识他。

 

Rising very early before dawn, he left and went off to a deserted place, where he prayed. Simon and those who were with him pursued him and on finding him said, "Everyone is looking for you."

清晨，天还很黑，耶稣就起身出去，到荒野的地方，在那里祈祷。西满和同他在一起的人都去追寻他，找到了他，就向他说：“众人都找你呢！”

 

He told them, "Let us go on to the nearby villages that I may preach there also. For this purpose have I come."

耶稣对他们说：“让我们到别处去，到邻近的村镇去吧！好叫我也在那里宣讲，因为我是为这事而来的。”

 

So he went into their synagogues, preaching and driving out demons throughout the whole of Galilee.

他遂到加里肋亚各地，在他们的会堂里宣讲，并驱逐魔鬼。
