First Reading:  HEB 7:1-3, 15-17

读经一（你照默基瑟德的品位永做司祭。）

恭读致希伯来人书 7:1-3,15-17

 

Melchizedek, king of Salem and priest of God Most High, met Abraham as he returned from his defeat of the kings and blessed him. And Abraham apportioned to him a tenth of everything.

默基瑟德是撒冷王，是至高者天主的司祭；当亚巴郎打败众王回来时，默基瑟德来迎接，且祝福了他。亚巴郎就由自己所有的一切之中，拿出十分之一份给了他；

 

His name first means righteous king, and he was also "king of Salem," that is, king of peace.

他的名字默基瑟德，第一可称作“正义之王”，他也可称作“撒冷之王”，就是“和平之王”之意。

 

Without father, mother, or ancestry, without beginning of days or end of life, thus made to resemble the Son of God, he remains a priest forever.

他无父，无母，无族谱，生无始，寿无终：他好像天主子，永久身为司祭。

 

It is even more obvious if another priest is raised up after the likeness of Melchizedek, who has become so, not by a law expressed in a commandment concerning physical descent but by the power of a life that cannot be destroyed.

既然有另一位司祭，是按照默基瑟德的品级兴起的，那么我们所讨论的就更显明了，因为耶稣之成为司祭，并不是按照血统所规定的法则，而是按照不可消灭的生命的德能，

 

For it is testified: You are a priest forever according to the order of Melchizedek.

因为有圣经给他作证：“你照默基瑟德的品位永做司祭。”

The LORD said to my Lord: "Sit at my right hand till I make your enemies your footstool."

领：上主对我主起誓说：你坐在我右边，等我使你的仇敌，变作你脚的踏板！

 

R. You are a priest for ever, in the line of Melchizedek.

【答】：你照默基瑟德品位，永做司祭！

 

The scepter of your power the LORD will stretch forth from Zion: "Rule in the midst of your enemies."

领：上主由熙雍伸出你的权杖：你要在你仇敌中统治为王！

 

R. You are a priest for ever, in the line of Melchizedek.

【答】：你照默基瑟德品位，永做司祭！

 

Yours is princely power in the day of your birth, in holy splendor; before the daystar, like the dew, I have begotten you.

领：神圣光辉的王位，你生之日，已偕同你，在晓明之前，好似甘露，我即已生了你。

 

R. You are a priest for ever, in the line of Melchizedek.

【答】：你照默基瑟德品位，永做司祭！

 

The LORD has sworn, and he will not repent: "You are a priest forever, according to the order of Melchizedek."

领：上主一发了誓，他决不再反悔：你照默基瑟德品位，永做司祭！

 

R. You are a priest for ever, in the line of Melchizedek.

【答】：你照默基瑟德品位，永做司祭！

 

Gospel  MK 3:1-6

福音（安息日许救命呢？或害命？）

恭读圣马尔谷福音 3:1-6

 

Jesus entered the synagogue. There was a man there who had a withered hand. They watched Jesus closely to see if he would cure him on the Sabbath so that they might accuse him.

那时候，耶稣进了会堂，在那里有一个人，他的一只手枯干了。法利塞人窥察耶稣是否在安息日治好那人，好去控告他。

 

He said to the man with the withered hand, "Come up here before us." Then he said to the Pharisees, "Is it lawful to do good on the Sabbath rather than to do evil, to save life rather than to destroy it?" But they remained silent.

耶稣对那有一只手枯了的人说：“起来，站在中间！”遂对法利塞人说：“安息日许行善呢，或作恶呢？许救命呢，或害命呢？”他们一声不响。

 

Looking around at them with anger and grieved at their hardness of heart, Jesus said to the man, "Stretch out your hand." He stretched it out and his hand was restored.

耶稣遂含怒环视他们，见他们的心硬而悲伤，就对那人说：“伸出手来！”他一伸，他的手就复原了。

 

The Pharisees went out and immediately took counsel with the Herodians against him to put him to death.

法利塞人一出去，立刻便与黑落德党人作陷害耶稣的商讨，为除灭他。
