恭读索福尼亚先知书 3:14-18

 

Shout for joy, O daughter Zion! Sing joyfully, O Israel! Be glad and exult with all your heart, O daughter Jerusalem!

熙雍女子，你应欢乐！以色列，你应欢呼！耶路撒冷女子，你应全心高兴喜乐！

 

The LORD has removed the judgment against you, he has turned away your enemies; The King of Israel, the LORD, is in your midst, you have no further misfortune to fear.

上主已撤消了对你的定案，扫除了你的仇敌；以色列的君王 ── 上主、在你中间，你再不会遇见灾祸！

 

On that day, it shall be said to Jerusalem: Fear not, O Zion, be not discouraged! The LORD, your God, is in your midst, a mighty savior;

在那一天，人必对耶路撒冷说：“熙雍，你不用害怕，不要双手低垂！上主你的天主在你中间，他是一位施救的勇士，

 

He will rejoice over you with gladness, and renew you in his love, He will sing joyfully because of you, as one sings at festivals.

他必为你喜不自胜，对你重温他的爱情，且因你欢跃喜乐，有如在庆节之日。”

【答】：以色列的圣者在你们中间是伟大的。

 

God indeed is my savior; I am confident and unafraid. My strength and my courage is the LORD, and he has been my savior. With joy you will draw water at the fountain of salvation.

领：看哪！天主是我的救援，我依靠他，决不畏惧；因为上主是我的力量，是我的歌颂，他确是我的救援。你们要愉快地从救援的泉源里汲水。

 

R. Among you is the great and Holy One of Israel.

【答】：以色列的圣者在你们中间是伟大的。

 

Give thanks to the LORD, acclaim his name; among the nations make known his deeds, proclaim how exalted is his name.

领：你们应称颂上主，呼号他的名！将他的作为宣告于万民，称述他的名是崇高的。

 

R. Among you is the great and Holy One of Israel.

【答】：以色列的圣者在你们中间是伟大的。

 

Sing praise to the LORD for his glorious achievement; let this be known throughout all the earth. Shout with exultation, O city of Zion, for great in your midst is the Holy One of Israel!

领：请歌颂上主，因为他行了显赫的事，这事应该遍传天下。熙雍的居民，你们应欢呼高唱，因为以色列的圣者在你们中间是伟大的。

Gospel LK 1:39-56

恭读圣路加福音 1:39-56

 

Mary set out and traveled to the hill country in haste to a town of Judah, where she entered the house of Zechariah and greeted Elizabeth.

玛利亚就在那几日动身，急速往山区去，到了犹大的一座城。她进了匝加利亚的家，就给依撒伯尔请安。

 

When Elizabeth heard Mary's greeting, the infant leaped in her womb, and Elizabeth, filled with the Holy Spirit, cried out in a loud voice and said,

依撒伯尔一听到玛利亚请安，胎儿就在她的腹中欢跃。依撒伯尔遂充满了圣神，大声呼喊说：

 

"Most blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb. And how does this happen to me, that the mother of my Lord should come to me?

“在女人中你是蒙祝福的，你的胎儿也是蒙祝福的。我主的母亲驾临我这里，这是我那里得来的呢？

 

For at the moment the sound of your greeting reached my ears, the infant in my womb leaped for joy. Blessed are you who believed that what was spoken to you by the Lord would be fulfilled."

看，你请安的声音一入我耳，胎儿就在我腹中欢喜踊跃。那信了由上主传于她的话必要完成的，是有福的。”

 

And Mary said: "My soul proclaims the greatness of the Lord; my spirit rejoices in God my Savior,

玛利亚遂说：“我的灵魂颂扬上主，我的心神欢跃于天主、我的救主。

 

for he has looked with favor on his lowly servant. From this day all generations will call me blessed: the Almighty has done great things for me, and holy is his Name.

因为他垂顾了他婢女的卑微，今后万世万代都要称我有福；因全能者在我身上行了大事，他的名字是圣的。

 

He has mercy on those who fear him in every generation. He has shown the strength of his arm, he has scattered the proud in their conceit.

他的仁慈世世代代于无穷世，赐与敬畏他的人。他伸出了手臂施展大能，驱散那些心高气傲的人。

 

He has cast down the mighty from their thrones, and has lifted up the lowly.

他从高座上推下权势者，却举扬了卑微贫困的人。

 

He has filled the hungry with good things, and the rich he has sent away empty.

他会使饥饿者饱飨美物，反使那富有者空手而去。

 

He has come to the help of his servant Israel for he has remembered his promise of mercy, the promise he made to our fathers, to Abraham and his children for ever."

他曾回忆起自己的仁慈：扶助了他的仆人以色列，正如他向我们的祖先所说过的恩许，施恩于亚巴郎和他的子孙，直到永远。”

 

Mary remained with her about three months and then returned to her home.

玛利亚同依撒伯尔住了三个月左右，就回本家去了。
