First Reading: ACTS 11:21B-26; 12:1-3

In those days a great number who believed turned to the Lord. The news about them reached the ears of the Church in Jerusalem, and they sent Barnabas to go to Antioch.

那时候，信而归主的人，数目很多。这事传到了耶路撒冷教会，就打发巴尔纳伯到安提约基雅去。

 

When he arrived and saw the grace of God, he rejoiced and encouraged them all to remain faithful to the Lord in firmness of heart, for he was a good man, filled with the Holy Spirit and faith. And a large number of people was added to the Lord.

他一来到，看见天主所赐的恩惠，就很欢喜，并劝勉众人要决心坚定于主。因为他是好人，充满圣神和信德，如此有许多人归依了主。

 

Then he went to Tarsus to look for Saul, and when he had found him he brought him to Antioch. For a whole year they met with the Church and taught a large number of people, and it was in Antioch that the disciples were first called Christians.

以后，他往塔尔索去找扫禄；找着以后，便领他回到安提约基雅。他们一整年在那教会中共同工作，教导了许多人；在安提约基雅最先称门徒为“基督徒”。

 

Now there were in the Church at Antioch prophets and teachers: Barnabas, Symeon who was called Niger, Lucius of Cyrene, Manaen who was a close friend of Herod the tetrarch, and Saul.

在安提约基雅教会中，有一些先知和教师，其中有巴尔纳伯和号称尼革尔的西满，有基勒乃人路基约，和与分封侯黑落德同乳的玛纳恒，还有扫禄。

 

While they were worshiping the Lord and fasting, the Holy Spirit said, "Set apart for me Barnabas and Saul for the work to which I have called them."

他们敬礼主和禁食的时候，圣神向他们说：“你们给我选拔出巴尔纳伯和扫禄来，去行我叫他们要行的工作。”

 

Then, completing their fasting and prayer, they laid hands on them and sent them off.

他们遂禁食祈祷：给他们覆了手，派他们走了。

Sing to the LORD a new song, for he has done wondrous deeds; His right hand has won victory for him, his holy arm.

领：请众向上主歌唱新歌，因为他行了奇事。他的右手和他的圣臂，为他获得了胜利。

 

R. The Lord has revealed to the nations his saving power.

【答】：上主已将自己的正义启示给万民。

 

The LORD has made his salvation known: in the sight of the nations he has revealed his justice. He has remembered his kindness and his faithfulness toward the house of Israel.

领：上主已经宣布了自己的救恩，将自己的正义启示给万民。他记起了自己的良善和忠诚，即向以色列家族广施宽仁。

 

R. The Lord has revealed to the nations his saving power.

【答】：上主已将自己的正义启示给万民。

 

All the ends of the earth have seen the salvation by our God. Sing joyfully to the LORD, all you lands; break into song; sing praise.

领：全球看见了我们天主的救恩。因此，普世大地，请向上主歌舞，请踊跃欢乐，请弹琴演奏。

 

R. The Lord has revealed to the nations his saving power.

【答】：上主已将自己的正义启示给万民。

 

Sing praise to the LORD with the harp, with the harp and melodious song. With trumpets and the sound of the horn sing joyfully before the King, the LORD.

领：弹着竖琴，向上主赞颂，弹着竖琴，伴和着弦韵，吹起喇叭，伴奏着号角，在上主君王面前讴歌。

 

R. The Lord has revealed to the nations his saving power.

【答】：上主已将自己的正义启示给万民。

 

Gospel MT 5:17-19

福音（我来不是为废除，而是为成全。）

恭读圣玛窦福音  5:17-19

 

Jesus said to his disciples: “Do not think that I have come to abolish the law or the prophets. I have come not to abolish but to fulfill.

那时，耶稣对门徒们说：“你们不要以为我来是要废除法律或先知；我来不是要废除，而是要成全。

 

Amen, I say to you, until heaven and earth pass away, not the smallest letter or the smallest part of a letter will pass from the law, until all things have taken place.

我实在告诉你们；即使天地都过去，法律的一撇或一画也决不会过去，全部都要成就。

 

Therefore, whoever breaks one of the least of these commandments and teaches others to do so will be called least in the Kingdom of heaven.

所以，谁若废除这些诫命中最小的一条，也这样教训人，他在天国里，要称为最小的；

 

But whoever obeys and teaches these commandments will be called greatest in the Kingdom of heaven.”

但是谁若遵守了，也这样教训人，他在天国里要称为伟大的。”
