First Reading:  2 COR 6:1-10

读经一（我们该表现自己，有如天主的仆役。）

恭读圣保禄宗徒致格林多人后书 6:1-10

 

Brothers and sisters: As your fellow workers, we appeal to you not to receive the grace of God in vain.

弟兄们：我们与天主合作的人，也劝你们不要白受天主的恩宠，

 

For he says: In an acceptable time I heard you, and on the day of salvation I helped you. Behold, now is a very acceptable time; behold, now is the day of salvation.

因为经上说：“在悦纳的时候，我俯允了你；在救恩的时日，我帮助了你。”看！如今正是悦纳的时候；看！如今正是救恩的时日。

 

We cause no one to stumble in anything, in order that no fault may be found with our ministry;

我们在任何事上，为避免这使人与天主和好的职务受诋毁，不但没有给任何人跌倒的因由，

 

on the contrary, in everything we commend ourselves as ministers of God, through much endurance, in afflictions, hardships, constraints, beatings, imprisonments, riots, labors, vigils, fasts;

反而处处表现我们自己，有如天主的仆役，就是以持久的坚忍，在艰难、贫乏、困苦之中，在拷打、监禁、暴乱之中，在劳苦、不寝、不食之中，

 

by purity, knowledge, patience, kindness, in the Holy Spirit, in unfeigned love, in truthful speech, in the power of God; with weapons of righteousness at the right and at the left; through glory and dishonor, insult and praise.

以清廉、以明智、以容忍、以慈惠、以圣神、以无伪的爱情、以真理的言辞、以天主的德能、以左右两手中正义的武器，经历光荣和凌辱，恶名和美名；

 

We are treated as deceivers and yet are truthful; as unrecognized and yet acknowledged; as dying and behold we live;

像是迷惑人的，却是真诚的；像是人所不知的，却是人所共知的；像是待死的，看！我们却活着；

 

as chastised and yet not put to death; as sorrowful yet always rejoicing; as poor yet enriching many; as having nothing and yet possessing all things.

像是受惩罚的，却没有被置于死地；像是忧苦的，却常常喜乐；像是贫困的，却使许多人富足；像是一无所有的，却无所不有。

【答】：上主已经宣布了自己的救恩。

 

Sing to the LORD a new song, for he has done wondrous deeds; His right hand has won victory for him, his holy arm.

领：请众向上主歌唱新歌，因为他行了奇事。他的右手和他的圣臂，为他获得了胜利。

 

R. The Lord has made known his salvation.

【答】：上主已经宣布了自己的救恩。

 

In the sight of the nations he has revealed his justice. He has remembered his kindness and his faithfulness toward the house of Israel.

领：上主已经宣布了自己的救恩，已将自己的正义启示给万民。他记起了自己的良善和忠诚，即向以色列家族广施的宽仁。

 

R. The Lord has made known his salvation.

【答】：上主已经宣布了自己的救恩。

 

All the ends of the earth have seen the salvation by our God. Sing joyfully to the LORD, all you lands; break into song; sing praise.

领：全球看见了我们天主的救恩。因此，普世大地，请向上主歌舞，请踊跃，请欢乐，弹琴演奏。

【答】：上主已经宣布了自己的救恩。

 

Gospel MT 5:38-42

福音（我对你们说，不要抵抗恶人。）

恭读圣玛窦福音 5:38-42

 

Jesus said to his disciples: "You have heard that it was said, An eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth.

耶稣对他的门徒说：“你们一向听说过：‘以眼还眼，以牙还牙。’

 

But I say to you, offer no resistance to one who is evil. When someone strikes you on your right cheek, turn the other one to him as well.

我却对你们说：不要抵抗恶人；而且，若有人掌击你的右颊，你把另一面也转给他。

 

If anyone wants to go to law with you over your tunic, hand him your cloak as well. Should anyone press you into service for one mile, go with him for two miles.

那与你争讼，拿你内衣的，你连外衣也给他。若有人强迫你走一千步，你就同他走两千步。

 

Give to the one who asks of you, and do not turn your back on one who wants to borrow."

求你的，就给他；向你借贷的，你不要拒绝。”
