First Reading: GN 46:1-7, 28-30

读经一（见了你的面，现在我可以死了。）

恭读创世纪 46:1-7,28-30

 

Israel set out with all that was his. When he arrived at Beer-sheba, he offered sacrifices to the God of his father Isaac.

那时，以色列带着他所有的一切出发，来到了贝尔舍巴，向他父亲依撒格的天主献了祭，

 

There God, speaking to Israel in a vision by night, called, "Jacob! Jacob!" He answered, "Here I am."

当夜天主在神视中对以色列说：“雅各伯！雅各伯！”他答说：“我在这里。”

 

Then he said: "I am God, the God of your father. Do not be afraid to go down to Egypt, for there I will make you a great nation.

天主说：“我是天主，你父亲的天主。你不要害怕下到埃及去，因为我要使你在那里成为一大民族。

 

Not only will I go down to Egypt with you; I will also bring you back here, after Joseph has closed your eyes." 

我与你一同下到埃及，也必使你再上来；若瑟要亲手合上你的眼。”

 

So Jacob departed from Beer-sheba, and the sons of Israel put their father and their wives and children on the wagons that Pharaoh had sent for his transport.

雅各伯遂由贝尔舍巴起程。以色列的儿子们扶自己的父亲雅各伯和自己的孩子及妻子，上了法郎派来接他的车，

 

They took with them their livestock and the possessions they had acquired in the land of Canaan. Thus Jacob and all his descendants migrated to Egypt.

带了家畜和在客纳罕地积聚的财物，一同向埃及进发：

 

His sons and his grandsons, his daughters and his granddaughters all his descendants—he took with him to Egypt.

这样雅各伯和他所有的孩子，即他的儿子、孙子、女儿、孙女，他的一切孩子，都一同来到了埃及。

 

Israel had sent Judah ahead to Joseph, so that he might meet him in Goshen. On his arrival in the region of Goshen, Joseph hitched the horses to his chariot and rode to meet his father Israel in Goshen.

雅各伯派犹大先去见若瑟，且同他约定在哥笙相见。他们来到了哥笙地方，若瑟套车上哥笙去迎接他父亲以色列；

 

As soon as Joseph saw him, he flung himself on his neck and wept a long time in his arms. And Israel said to Joseph, "At last I can die, now that I have seen for myself that Joseph is still alive."

一见了他，就扑在他颈上，抱住他的颈，哭了很久。以色列对若瑟说：“我见了你的面，见你还活着，现在我可以死了！”

Trust in the LORD and do good, that you may dwell in the land and be fed in security. Take delight in the LORD, and he will grant you your heart's requests.

领：你该信赖上主，致力善行，你必安居乐土，享受康宁。你只管在上主内欢喜，他必满全你心的意愿。

 

R.  The salvation of the just comes from the Lord.

【答】：义人的救助是来自上主。

 

The LORD watches over the lives of the wholehearted; their inheritance lasts forever. They are not put to shame in an evil time; in days of famine they have plenty.

领：上主眷顾善人的岁月，他们的产业永远常在。在患难之时，他们必不蒙羞，在饥馑之日，他们必得饱饫。

 

R.  The salvation of the just comes from the Lord.

【答】：义人的救助是来自上主。

 

Turn from evil and do good, that you may abide forever; For the LORD loves what is right, and forsakes not his faithful ones.

领：你若避恶行善，你必存留永远，因为上主爱慕正义，必不抛弃自己的圣徒。乖戾歹徒必被消灭，恶人的子孙必被铲除。

 

R.  The salvation of the just comes from the Lord.

【答】：义人的救助是来自上主。

 

The salvation of the just is from the LORD; he is their refuge in time of distress. And the LORD helps them and delivers them; he delivers them from the wicked and saves them, because they take refuge in him.

领：义人的救助是来自上主，他是他们困厄时的护守；上主必扶持助佑，解救他们脱离恶人，上主必予以挽救，因他们曾向他投奔。

【答】：义人的救助是来自上主。

 

Gospel MT 10:16-23

福音（说话的不是你们，而是你们父的圣神在你们内说话。）

恭读圣玛窦福音 10:16-23

 

Jesus said to his Apostles: "Behold, I am sending you like sheep in the midst of wolves; so be shrewd as serpents and simple as doves.

那时候，耶稣对他的门徒说：“看，我派遣你们好像羊进入狼群中，所以你们要机警如同蛇，纯朴如同鸽子。

 

But beware of men, for they will hand you over to courts and scourge you in their synagogues,

你们要提防世人，因为他们要把你们交给公议会，要在他们的会堂里鞭打你们；

 

and you will be led before governors and kings for my sake as a witness before them and the pagans.

并且你们要为我的缘故，被带到总督和君王前，对他们和外邦人作证。

 

When they hand you over, do not worry about how you are to speak or what you are to say. You will be given at that moment what you are to say.

当人把你们交出时，你们不要思虑：怎么说，或说什么，因为在那时刻，自会赐给你们说什么。

 

For it will not be you who speak but the Spirit of your Father speaking through you.

因为说话的不是你们，而是你们父的圣神在你们内说话。

 

Brother will hand over brother to death, and the father his child; children will rise up against parents and have them put to death.

弟兄要将弟兄，父亲要将儿子置于死地，儿女也要起来反对父母，要将他们害死。

 

You will be hated by all because of my name, but whoever endures to the end will be saved. When they persecute you in one town, flee to another.

你们为了我的名字，要为众人所恼恨；唯独坚持到底的，才可得救。但是，几时人们在这城迫害你们，你们就逃往另一城去；

 

Amen, I say to you, you will not finish the towns of Israel before the Son of Man comes."

我实在告诉你们：直到人子来到时，你们还未走完以色列的城邑。”
