First Reading: EX 24:3-8

读经一（这是盟约的血，是上主同你们订立的盟约。）

恭读出谷纪 24:3-8

 

When Moses came to the people and related all the words and ordinances of the LORD, they all answered with one voice, "We will do everything that the LORD has told us."

梅瑟下来将上主的一切话和诫命讲述给百姓听，众百姓都同声回答说：“凡上主所吩咐的话，我们全要奉行。”

 

Moses then wrote down all the words of the LORD and, rising early the next day, he erected at the foot of the mountain an altar and twelve pillars for the twelve tribes of Israel.

梅瑟遂将上主的一切话记录下来。第二天清早，梅瑟在山下立了一座祭坛，又按以色列十二支派立了十二根石柱，

 

Then, having sent certain young men of the children of Israel to offer burnt offerings and sacrifice young bulls as peace offerings to the LORD, Moses took half of the blood and put it in large bowls; the other half he splashed on the altar.

又派了以色列子民的一些青年人去奉献全燔祭，宰杀了牛犊作为献给上主的和平祭。梅瑟取了一半血，盛在盆中，取了另一半血，洒在祭坛上。

 

Taking the book of the covenant, he read it aloud to the people, who answered, "All that the LORD has said, we will heed and do."

然后拿过约书来，念给百姓听。以后百姓回答说：“凡上主所吩咐的话，我们必听从奉行。”

 

Then he took the blood and sprinkled it on the people, saying, "This is the blood of the covenant that the LORD has made with you in accordance with all these words of his."

悔瑟遂拿血来洒在百姓身上说：“看，这是盟约的血，是上主本着这一切话同你们订立的约。”

God the LORD has spoken and summoned the earth, from the rising of the sun to its setting. From Zion, perfect in beauty, God shines forth.

领：上主，全能者天主，出令传召下土，由日出之处直到日落之地。天主由美丽绝伦的熙雍，发出光明。

 

R.  Offer to God a sacrifice of praise.

【答】：你应该向天主奉献颂谢祭。

 

"Gather my faithful ones before me, those who have made a covenant with me by sacrifice." And the heavens proclaim his justice; for God himself is the judge.

领：“你们应当给我聚集虔敬的人，就是那以牺牲与我订立盟约的人。”诸天要宣示天主的公正，因为他要亲自审判世人。

 

R.  Offer to God a sacrifice of praise.

【答】：你应该向天主奉献颂谢祭。

 

Offer to God praise as your sacrifice and fulfill your vows to the Most High; Then call upon me in time of distress; I will rescue you, and you shall glorify me.

领：你该向天主奉献颂谢祭，你又该向至高者还你的愿誓；并在困厄的时日呼号我，我必拯救你，你要光荣我。

Gospel MT 13:24-30

福音（让麦子和莠子一起长到收割的时候。）

恭读圣玛窦福音 13:24-30

 

Jesus proposed a parable to the crowds. "The Kingdom of heaven may be likened to a man who sowed good seed in his field.

耶稣给群众设了一个比喻说：“天国好像一个人，在自己田里撒了好种子；

 

While everyone was asleep his enemy came and sowed weeds all through the wheat, and then went off.

但在人睡觉的时候，他的仇人来，在麦子中间撒上莠子，就走了。

 

When the crop grew and bore fruit, the weeds appeared as well. The slaves of the householder came to him and said,

苗长起来，抽出穗的时候，莠子也显出来了。家主的仆人就前来对他说：

 

'Master, did you not sow good seed in your field? Where have the weeds come from?' He answered, 'An enemy has done this.'

主人！你不是在你田地里撒了好种子吗！那么从那里来了莠子？家主对他们说：这是仇人做的。

 

His slaves said to him, 'Do you want us to go and pull them up?' He replied, 'No, if you pull up the weeds you might uproot the wheat along with them.

仆人对他说：那么，你愿我们去把莠子收集起来吗？他却说：不，免得你们收集莠子时，连麦子也拔了出来。

 

Let them grow together until harvest; then at harvest time I will say to the harvesters, "First collect the weeds and tie them in bundles for burning; but gather the wheat into my barn."'"

让两样一起长到收割的时候好了；在收割时，我要对收割的人说：你们先收集莠子，把莠子捆起来，好投入炉中燃烧，再把麦子收入我的仓里。’”
