First Reading: 1 THES 4:13-18

读经一（天主要领那些死于耶稣内的人同他一起复活。）

恭读圣保禄宗徒致得撒洛尼人前书 4:13-18

 

We do not want you to be unaware, brothers and sisters, about those who have fallen asleep, so that you may not grieve like the rest, who have no hope.

弟兄们：关于亡者，我们不愿意你们不知道，以免你们忧伤，像其他没有望德的人一样。

 

For if we believe that Jesus died and rose, so too will God, through Jesus, bring with him those who have fallen asleep.

因为我们若是信耶稣死了，也复活了，同样也必信天主要领那些死于耶稣内的人同他一起来。

 

Indeed, we tell you this, on the word of the Lord, that we who are alive, who are left until the coming of the Lord, will surely not precede those who have fallen asleep.

我们照主的话告诉你们这件事：我们这些活着、存留到主来临时的人，决不会在已死的人以前。

 

For the Lord himself, with a word of command, with the voice of an archangel and with the trumpet of God, will come down from heaven, and the dead in Christ will rise first.

因为在发命时，在总领天使吶喊和天主的号声响时，主要亲自由天降来，那些死于基督内的人先要复活，

 

Then we who are alive, who are left, will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air.

然后我们这些活着还存留的人，同时与他们一起要被提到云彩上，到空中迎接主：

 

Thus we shall always be with the Lord. Therefore, console one another with these words.

这样，我们就时常同主在一起。为此，你们要常用这些话彼此安慰。

【答】：上主已驾临，统治大地干坤。

 

Sing to the LORD a new song; sing to the LORD, all you lands. Tell his glory among the nations; among all peoples, his wondrous deeds.

领：请众齐向上主歌唱新歌，普世大地，请向上主讴歌！请在列邦中，传述他的光荣，请在万民中，宣扬他的奇功。

 

R. The Lord comes to judge the earth.

【答】：上主已驾临，统治大地干坤。

 

For great is the LORD and highly to be praised; awesome is he, beyond all gods. For all the gods of the nations are things of nought, but the LORD made the heavens.

领：因为上主伟大，应受赞美，惟他超越众神，可敬可畏。万邦的众神尽属虚幻，但上主却造成了苍天。

 

R. The Lord comes to judge the earth.

【答】：上主已驾临，统治大地干坤。

 

Let the heavens be glad and the earth rejoice; let the sea and what fills it resound; let the plains be joyful and all that is in them! Then shall all the trees of the forest exult.

领：愿诸天欢乐，愿大地踊跃，愿海及其中的一切怒号！原野及其中的一切都要舞蹈，森林中的一切树木各显欢乐。

 

R. The Lord comes to judge the earth.

【答】：上主已驾临，统治大地干坤。

 

Before the LORD, for he comes; for he comes to rule the earth. He shall rule the world with justice and the peoples with his constancy.

领：在上主面前欢乐，因为他已驾临，他要统治大地干坤；他要以正义审判普世人群，以他的忠信治理天下万民。

【答】：上主已驾临，统治大地干坤。

 

Gospel LK 4:16-30

福音（上主的神临于我身上，他派遣我向贫穷人传报喜讯。）

恭读圣路加福音 4:16-30

 

Jesus came to Nazareth, where he had grown up, and went according to his custom into the synagogue on the sabbath day.

那时候，耶稣来到了纳匝肋，自己曾受教养的地方；按他的习惯，就在安息日那天进了会堂，

 

He stood up to read and was handed a scroll of the prophet Isaiah. He unrolled the scroll and found the passage where it was written:

并站起来要诵读。有人把依撒意亚先知书递给他；他遂展开书卷，找到了一处，上边写说：

 

The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he has anointed me to bring glad tidings to the poor.

上主的神临于我身上，因为他给我傅了油，派遣我向贫穷人传报喜讯，

 

He has sent me to proclaim liberty to captives and recovery of sight to the blind, to let the oppressed go free, and to proclaim a year acceptable to the Lord.

向俘虏宣告释放，向盲者宣告复明，使受压迫者获得自由，宣布上主恩慈之年。”

 

Rolling up the scroll, he handed it back to the attendant and sat down, and the eyes of all in the synagogue looked intently at him. He said to them, "Today this Scripture passage is fulfilled in your hearing."

他把书卷卷起来，交给侍役，就坐下了。会堂内众人的眼睛都注视着他。他便开始对他们说：“你们刚才听过的这段圣经，今天应验了。”

 

And all spoke highly of him and were amazed at the gracious words that came from his mouth. They also asked, "Is this not the son of Joseph?"

众人都称赞他，惊奇他口中所说的动听的话。并且说：“这不是若瑟的儿子吗？”

 

He said to them, "Surely you will quote me this proverb, 'Physician, cure yourself,' and say, 'Do here in your native place the things that we heard were done in Capernaum.'"

他回答他们说：“你们必定要对我说这句俗话：医生，医治你自己吧！我们听说你在葛法翁所行的一切，也在你的家乡这里行吧！”

 

And he said, "Amen, I say to you, no prophet is accepted in his own native place.

他又说：“我实在告诉你们：没有一个先知在本乡受悦纳的。

 

Indeed, I tell you, there were many widows in Israel in the days of Elijah when the sky was closed for three and a half years and a severe famine spread over the entire land.

我据实告诉你们：在厄里亚时代，天闭塞了三年零六个月，遍地起了大饥荒，在以色列原有许多寡妇，

 

It was to none of these that Elijah was sent, but only to a widow in Zarephath in the land of Sidon.

厄里亚并没有被派到她们中一个那里去，而只到了漆冬匝尔法特的一个寡妇那里。

 

Again, there were many lepers in Israel during the time of Elisha the prophet; yet not one of them was cleansed, but only Naaman the Syrian."

在厄里叟先知时代，在以色列有许多癞病人。他们中没有一个得洁净的，只有叙利亚的纳阿曼。”

 

When the people in the synagogue heard this, they were all filled with fury. They rose up, drove him out of the town, and led him to the brow of the hill

在会堂中听见这话的人，都忿怒填胸，起来把他赶出城外，领他到了山崖上

 

on which their town had been built, to hurl him down headlong. But he passed through the midst of them and went away.

 ── 他们的城是建在山上的 ── 要把他推下去。他却由他们中间过去走了。
