First Reading: COL1:1-8

读经一（真理一传到你们那里，就如在全世界上，不断发展。）

恭读圣保禄宗徒致哥罗森人书 1:1-8

 

Paul, an Apostle of Christ Jesus by the will of God, and Timothy our brother, to the holy ones and faithful brothers and sisters in Christ in Colossae: grace to you and peace from God our Father.

因天主的旨意作基督耶稣宗徒的保禄与弟茂德弟兄，致书给在哥罗森的圣徒及在基督内忠信的弟兄。愿恩宠与平安由天主我们的父赐与你们！

 

We always give thanks to God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, when we pray for you, for we have heard of your faith in Christ Jesus and the love that you have for all the holy ones because of the hope reserved for you in heaven.

我们在祈祷时，常为你们感谢我们的主耶稣基督的天主和父，因为我们听说：你们在基督耶稣内的信德，和你们对众圣徒所有的爱德：这是为了那在天上给你们所存留的希望，

 

Of this you have already heard through the word of truth, the Gospel, that has come to you. Just as in the whole world it is bearing fruit and growing,

对这希望，你们由福音真理的宣讲中早已听过了。这福音一传到你们那里，就如在全世界上，不断结果，不断发展；

 

so also among you, from the day you heard it and came to know the grace of God in truth, as you learned it from Epaphras our beloved fellow slave,

在你们那里，自从你们听到了福音，并在真理内认识了天主的恩宠那天以来，也是一样；这福音也就是你们由我们亲爱的同仆厄帕夫辣所学得的，

 

who is a trustworthy minister of Christ on your behalf and who also told us of your love in the Spirit.

他为你们实在是基督的忠信仆役，也就是他给我们报告了圣神所赐与你们的爱。

I will thank you always for what you have done, and proclaim the goodness of your name before your faithful ones.

领：上主，我要永远赞颂你的作为，我要在你圣徒面前，赞扬你美善的圣名。

【答】：我全心信赖天主的慈爱，一直到永久。

 

Gospel LK 4:38-44

福音（我必须到别的城传报天主国的喜讯，因为我被派遣，正是为了这事。）

恭读圣路加福音 4:38-44

 

After Jesus left the synagogue, he entered the house of Simon. Simon's mother-in-law was afflicted with a severe fever, and they interceded with him about her.

那时候，耶稣从会堂里出来，进了西满的家。西满的岳母正发高热，他们为他祈求耶稣。

 

He stood over her, rebuked the fever, and it left her. She got up immediately and waited on them.

耶稣就走到她身边，叱退热症，热症就离开了她；她立刻起来服侍他们。

 

At sunset, all who had people sick with various diseases brought them to him. He laid his hands on each of them and cured them.

日落后，众人把所有患各种病症的，都领到他跟前，他就把手覆在每一个人身上，治好了他们。

 

And demons also came out from many, shouting, "You are the Son of God." But he rebuked them and did not allow them to speak because they knew that he was the Christ.

又有些从许多人身上出来的魔鬼吶喊说：“你是天主子！”他便叱责他们，不许他们说话，因为他们知道他是默西亚。

 

At daybreak, Jesus left and went to a deserted place. The crowds went looking for him, and when they came to him, they tried to prevent him from leaving them.

天一亮，耶稣就出去到了荒野地方；群众就寻找他，一直来到他那里，挽留他不要离开他们，

 

But he said to them, "To the other towns also I must proclaim the good news of the Kingdom of God, because for this purpose I have been sent."

他却向他们说：“我也必须向别的城传报天主国的喜讯，因为我被派遣，正是为了这事。”

 

And he was preaching in the synagogues of Judea.

他就常在犹太的各会堂中宣讲。
