恭读圣保禄宗徒致弟茂德后书 4:10-17

 

Beloved: Demas, enamored of the present world, deserted me and went to Thessalonica, Crescens to Galatia, and Titus to Dalmatia. Luke is the only one with me.

亲爱的弟兄：德玛斯因爱现世，已离弃我到得撒洛尼去了；克勒斯刻去了迦拉达，弟铎去了达耳玛提雅，只有路加同我在一起。

 

Get Mark and bring him with you, for he is helpful to me in the ministry. I have sent Tychicus to Ephesus.

你要带着马尔谷同你一起来，因为他在职务上为我是有用的。至于提希苛，我派他到厄弗所去了。

 

When you come, bring the cloak I left with Carpus in Troas, the papyrus rolls, and especially the parchments.

我在特洛阿时留在卡尔颇家中的那件外衣，你来时务必带上，还有那几卷书，尤其是那些羊皮卷。

 

Alexander the coppersmith did me a great deal of harm; the Lord will repay him according to his deeds. You too be on guard against him, for he has strongly resisted our preaching.

铜匠亚历山大使我受了许多苦，主将照他所行的报应他。你也要提防这人，因为他极力反对我们的道理。

 

At my first defense no one appeared on my behalf, but everyone deserted me. May it not be held against them!

在我初次过堂时，没有人在我身旁，众人都离弃了我，愿天主不归罪于他们！

 

But the Lord stood by me and gave me strength, so that through me the proclamation might be completed and all the Gentiles might hear it.

但是主却在我左右，坚固了我，使福音的宣讲藉着我而完成，使一切外邦人都能听见。

Let all your works give you thanks, O LORD, and let your faithful ones bless you. Let them discourse of the glory of your Kingdom and speak of your might.

领：上主，愿你的一切受造物称谢你；上主，愿你的一切圣徒赞美你，宣扬你王国的光荣，讲述你的大能。

 

R.  Your friends make known, O Lord, the glorious splendor of your Kingdom.

【答】：上主，愿你的一切圣徒赞美你，使人认识你王国的辉煌荣耀。

 

Making known to men your might and the glorious splendor of your Kingdom. Your Kingdom is a Kingdom for all ages, and your dominion endures through all generations.

领：让世人尽知你的威能，和你王国的伟大光荣。你的王国，是万代的王国；你的王权，存留于无穷世。

【答】：上主，愿你的一切圣徒赞美你，使人认识你王国的辉煌荣耀。

 

The LORD is just in all his ways and holy in all his works. The LORD is near to all who call upon him, to all who call upon him in truth.

领：上主的一切行径，至公至义；上主的一切作为，圣善无比。上主接近一切呼号他的人，就是一切诚心呼号他的人。

福音（庄稼多，工人少。）

恭读圣路加福音 10:1-9

 

The Lord Jesus appointed seventy-two disciples whom he sent ahead of him in pairs to every town and place he intended to visit.

那时候，耶稣选定了七十二人，派遣他们两个两个地在他前面，到他自己将要去的各城各地去。

 

He said to them, "The harvest is abundant but the laborers are few; so ask the master of the harvest to send out laborers for his harvest.

耶稣对他们说：“庄稼多而工人少，所以你们应当求庄稼的主人，派遣工人来，收割他的庄稼。

 

Go on your way; behold, I am sending you like lambs among wolves. Carry no money bag, no sack, no sandals; and greet no one along the way.

你们去吧！看，我派遣你们犹如羔羊往狼群中。你们不要带钱囊，不要带口袋，也不要带鞋；路上也不要向人请安。

 

Into whatever house you enter, first say, 'Peace to this household.' If a peaceful person lives there, your peace will rest on him; but if not, it will return to you.

不论进了那一家，先说：愿这一家平安！那里如有和平之子，你们的和平就要停留在他身上；否则，仍归于你们。

 

Stay in the same house and eat and drink what is offered to you, for the laborer deserves payment. Do not move about from one house to another.

你们要住在那一家，吃喝他们所供给的，因为工人自当有他的工资；你们不可从这一家迁移到另一家。

 

Whatever town you enter and they welcome you, eat what is set before you, cure the sick in it and say to them, 'The Kingdom of God is at hand for you.'"

不论进了那座城，人若接纳你们，给你们摆上什么，你们就吃什么。要医治城中的病人，并向他们说：天主的国已经临近你们了。”
