First Reading: 1 SM 1:9-20

读经一（上主记念了亚纳，她就生了撒慕尔。）

恭读撒慕尔纪上 1:9-20

 

Hannah rose after a meal at Shiloh, and presented herself before the LORD; at the time, Eli the priest was sitting on a chair near the doorpost of the LORD's temple.

亚纳在史罗吃喝完以后，就起来走到上主面前；那时司祭厄里正对着上主圣殿门口，坐在椅子上。

 

In her bitterness she prayed to the LORD, weeping copiously, and she made a vow, promising: "O LORD of hosts, if you look with pity on the misery of your handmaid, if you remember me and do not forget me,

亚纳心灵愁苦，哀求上主，不断痛哭流泪；且许愿说：“万军的上主，若你垂顾你婢女的痛苦，记念我，不忘你的婢女，

 

if you give your handmaid a male child, I will give him to the LORD for as long as he lives; neither wine nor liquor shall he drink, and no razor shall ever touch his head."

赐你婢女生一个男孩，我就将他一生献于上主，一辈子不给他剃头。”

 

As she remained long at prayer before the LORD, Eli watched her mouth, for Hannah was praying silently; though her lips were moving, her voice could not be heard.

亚纳在上主面前祈祷很久，厄里曾注意到她的嘴唇；亚纳只是心内诉说，嘴唇微动，却听不到她的声音，

 

Eli, thinking her drunk, said to her, "How long will you make a drunken show of yourself? Sober up from your wine!"

厄里却以为她喝醉了，就对她说：“你要醉到几时？消消你身上的酒气吧！”

 

"It isn't that, my lord," Hannah answered. "I am an unhappy woman. I have had neither wine nor liquor; I was only pouring out my troubles to the LORD.

亚纳答说：“我主！你想错了；我是个遭遇不幸的女人，清酒烈酒总不沾唇；我是在上主面前倾吐我的心意。

 

Do not think your handmaid a ne'er-do-well; my prayer has been prompted by my deep sorrow and misery."

望你不要以为你的婢女是个坏人，因为我由于极度的痛苦悲伤，才一直倾诉到现在。”

 

Eli said, "Go in peace, and may the God of Israel grant you what you have asked of him." She replied, "Think kindly of your maidservant," and left.

厄里回答她说：“你平安去吧！愿以色列的天主赐给你求他的事。”她答说：“愿你的婢女在你眼内蒙恩。”

 

She went to her quarters, ate and drank with her husband, and no longer appeared downcast.

这女人就回了旅舍，吃完饭，不再愁容满面。

 

Early the next morning they worshiped before the LORD, and then returned to their home in Ramah.

次日清早，她和丈夫起来朝拜了上主，就回了辣玛本家。

 

When Elkanah had relations with his wife Hannah, the LORD remembered her. She conceived, and at the end of her term bore a son whom she called Samuel, since she had asked the LORD for him.

厄耳卡纳认识了妻子亚纳，上主也记念了她，亚纳就怀了孕，生了一个儿子，给他起名叫撒慕尔，说：“因为是我向上主求得了他。”

领：我从心里喜乐于上主，我的头因天主而高仰；我可开口嘲笑我的敌人，因为我喜乐于你的救助。

 

R. My heart exults in the Lord, my Savior.

【答】：我从心里喜乐于上主，我的救主。

 

The bows of the mighty are broken, while the tottering gird on strength. The well-fed hire themselves out for bread, while the hungry batten on spoil. The barren wife bears seven sons, while the mother of many languishes.

领：壮士的弓已被折断，衰弱者反而力量倍增。曾享饱饫的，今佣工求食；曾受饥饿的，今无须劳役；不妊的生了七子，多产者反而生育停顿。

 

R. My heart exults in the Lord, my Savior.

【答】：我从心里喜乐于上主，我的救主。

 

The LORD puts to death and gives life; he casts down to the nether world; he raises up again. The LORD makes poor and makes rich; he humbles, he also exalts.

领：上主使人死，也使人活；使人降入阴府，也将人由阴府提出；上主使人穷，也使人富；贬抑人，也举扬人。

 

R. My heart exults in the Lord, my Savior.

【答】：我从心里喜乐于上主，我的救主。

 

He raises the needy from the dust; from the dung heap he lifts up the poor, To seat them with nobles and make a glorious throne their heritage.

领：上主由尘埃中提拔卑贱者，从粪土中高举贫穷者，使他与王侯同席，承受光荣座位。大地的支柱原属上主，支柱上奠定了世界。

 

R. My heart exults in the Lord, my Savior.

【答】：我从心里喜乐于上主，我的救主。

 

Gospel MK 1:21-28

福音（耶稣教导众人，像一位有权威的人。）

恭读圣马尔谷福音 1:21-28

 

Jesus came to Capernaum with his followers, and on the Sabbath he entered the synagogue and taught.

那时候，耶稣和他的门徒进了葛法翁；一到安息日，耶稣就进入会堂教训人。

 

The people were astonished at his teaching, for he taught them as one having authority and not as the scribes.

人都惊奇他的教训，因为他教训他们正像有权威似的，不像经师们一样。

 

In their synagogue was a man with an unclean spirit; he cried out, "What have you to do with us, Jesus of Nazareth?

当时，在他们的会堂里，正有一个附邪魔的人。他喊叫，说：“纳匝肋人耶稣！我们与你有什么相干？

 

Have you come to destroy us? I know who you are–the Holy One of God!"

你竟来毁灭我们！我知道你是谁，你是天主的圣者。”

 

Jesus rebuked him and said, "Quiet! Come out of him!" The unclean spirit convulsed him and with a loud cry came out of him.

耶稣叱责他说：“不要作声！从他身上出去！”邪魔使那人拘挛了一阵，大喊一声，就从他身上出去了。

 

All were amazed and asked one another, "What is this? A new teaching with authority. He commands even the unclean spirits and they obey him."

众人大为惊愕，以致彼此询问说：“这是怎么一回事？这是新的教训，并具有权威；他连给邪魔出命，邪魔也听从他。”

 

His fame spread everywhere throughout the whole region of Galilee.

他的声誉遂即传遍了加里肋亚附近各处。
