First Reading: 1 SM 3:1-10, 19-20

恭读撒慕尔纪上 3:1-10,19-20

 

During the time young Samuel was minister to the LORD under Eli, a revelation of the LORD was uncommon and vision infrequent.

那时候，小撒慕尔在厄里面前服侍上主；那时，上主的话少有，异象也罕见。

 

One day Eli was asleep in his usual place. His eyes had lately grown so weak that he could not see.

有一天，厄里睡在自己的房里，他的眼睛渐渐昏花，已看不清了，

 

The lamp of God was not yet extinguished, and Samuel was sleeping in the temple of the LORD where the ark of God was.

天主的灯尚未熄灭，撒慕尔睡在安放天主约柜的上主的殿内。

 

The LORD called to Samuel, who answered, “Here I am.”

那时，上主召叫说：“撒慕尔，撒慕尔！”他回答说：“我在这里！”

 

Samuel ran to Eli and said, "Here I am.  You called me." "I did not call you," Eli said. "Go back to sleep." So he went back to sleep.

他就跑到厄里前说道："你叫了我，我在这里。"厄里说："我没有叫你，回去睡吧！"他就回去睡了。

 

Again the LORD called Samuel, who rose and went to Eli. "Here I am," he said. "You called me." But Eli answered, "I did not call you, my son. Go back to sleep."

上主又叫撒慕尔；撒慕尔起来，走到厄里那里说道："你叫了我，我在这里。"厄里对他说："我儿，我没有叫你，回去睡吧！"

 

At that time Samuel was not familiar with the LORD, because the LORD had not revealed anything to him as yet.

撒慕尔不知道是上主，因为上主的话尚未启示给他。

 

The LORD called Samuel again, for the third time. Getting up and going to Eli, he said, "Here I am. You called me."

上主第三次又叫了撒慕尔；他起来，又走到厄里那里说道：“你叫了我，我在这里。”

 

Then Eli understood that the LORD was calling the youth. So Eli said to Samuel, "Go to sleep, and if you are called, reply, 'Speak, LORD, for your servant is listening.'"

厄里于是明白，是上主叫了幼童，便对撒慕尔说；“去睡吧！假使有人再叫你，你就回答说：请上主发言，你的仆人在此静听。”

 

When Samuel went to sleep in his place, the LORD came and revealed his presence, calling out as before, "Samuel, Samuel!"

撒慕尔就回去，仍睡在原处。上主走近，像前几次一样召叫说：“撒慕尔，撒慕尔！”

 

Samuel answered, "Speak, for your servant is listening."

撒慕尔便回答说：“请上主发言！你的仆人在此静听。”

 

Samuel grew up, and the LORD was with him, not permitting any word of his to be without effect. Thus all Israel from Dan to Beersheba came to know that Samuel was an accredited prophet of the LORD.

撒慕尔渐渐长大，上主与他同在，使他说的一切话，没有一句落空。于是全以色列从丹直到贝尔舍巴，都知道撒慕尔被立为上主的先知。

R. Here am I, Lord; I come to do your will.

【答】：上主，看，我已到来，为承行你的旨意。

 

I have waited, waited for the LORD, and he stooped toward me and heard my cry. Blessed the man who makes the LORD his trust; who turns not to idolatry or to those who stray after falsehood.

领：我热切诚恳地期待了上主，他便垂顾俯听了我的哀诉。凡全心依靠上主，不对傲慢倾慕，且又不依附虚伪的人真有福！

 

R. Here am I, Lord; I come to do your will.

【答】：上主，看，我已到来，为承行你的旨意。

 

Sacrifice or oblation you wished not, but ears open to obedience you gave me. Burnt offerings or sin-offerings you sought not; then said I, “Behold I come.”

领：上主，牺牲与素祭已非你所喜，就开了我的耳朵；全燔之祭以及赎罪之祭，也已非你所要。于是我说：“你看，我已到来！”

 

R. Here am I, Lord; I come to do your will.

【答】：上主，看，我已到来，为承行你的旨意。

 

In the written scroll it is prescribed for me. To do your will, O my God, is my delight, and your law is within my heart!

领：关于我，书卷上已有记载：我的天主，承行你的旨意为我所喜爱，你的法律常存于我的心怀。

 

R. Here am I, Lord; I come to do your will.

【答】：上主，看，我已到来，为承行你的旨意。

 

I announced your justice in the vast assembly; I did not restrain my lips, as you, O LORD, know.

领：在盛大的集会中，我宣扬了你的正义；看，我并没有闭口不言，上主，你全知悉。

 

R. Here am I, Lord; I come to do your will.

【答】：上主，看，我已到来，为承行你的旨意。

 

Gospel MK 1:29-39

福音（耶稣治好了许多患各种病症的人。）

恭读圣马尔谷福音 1:29-39

 

On leaving the synagogue Jesus entered the house of Simon and Andrew with James and John. Simon's mother-in-law lay sick with a fever.

那时候，耶稣出了会堂，就同雅各伯和若望来到了西满和安德肋的家里。那时，西满的岳母正躺着发烧，

 

They immediately told him about her. He approached, grasped her hand, and helped her up. Then the fever left her and she waited on them.

有人就向耶稣提起她来，耶稣上前去，握住她的手，扶她起来，热症遂即离开了她，她就侍候他们。

 

When it was evening, after sunset, they brought to him all who were ill or possessed by demons. The whole town was gathered at the door.

到了晚上，日落之后，人把所有患病的和附邪魔的，都带到他跟前。合城的人都聚在门前。

 

He cured many who were sick with various diseases, and he drove out many demons, not permitting them to speak because they knew him.

耶稣治好了许多患各种病症的人，驱逐了许多魔鬼，并且不许魔鬼说话，因为魔鬼认识他。

 

Rising very early before dawn, he left and went off to a deserted place, where he prayed.

清晨，天还很黑，耶稣就起身出去，到荒野的地方，在那里祈祷。

 

Simon and those who were with him pursued him and on finding him said, "Everyone is looking for you."

西满和同他在一起的人都去追寻他，找到了他，就向他说：“众人都找你呢！”

 

He told them, "Let us go on to the nearby villages that I may preach there also. For this purpose have I come."

耶稣对他们说：“让我们到别处去，到邻近的村镇去吧！好叫我也在那里宣讲，因为我是为这事而来的。”

 

So he went into their synagogues, preaching and driving out demons throughout the whole of Galilee.

他遂到加里肋亚各地，在他们的会堂里宣讲，并驱逐魔鬼。
