First Reading:  HEB 3:7-14

读经一（要趁著还有“今天”的时候，你们要天天互相劝勉。）

恭读致希伯来人书 3:7-14

 

The Holy Spirit says: Oh, that today you would hear his voice, "Harden not your hearts as at the rebellion in the day of testing in the desert,

圣神有话说：“今天你们如果听从他的声音，不要再心硬了，像在叛乱之时，像在旷野中试探的那一天；

 

where your ancestors tested and tried me and saw my works for forty years.

在那里，你们的祖宗以考验试探了我，虽然见了我的作为，共四十年之久。

 

Because of this I was provoked with that generation and I said, 'They have always been of erring heart, and they do not know my ways.' As I swore in my wrath, 'They shall not enter into my rest.'"

所以我厌恶了那一世代，说：他们心中时常迷惑，他们不认识我的道路，所以我在怒中起誓说：他们决不得进入我的安息。”

 

Take care, brothers and sisters, that none of you may have an evil and unfaithful heart, so as to forsake the living God. Encourage yourselves daily while it is still "today,"

弟兄们！你们要小心，免得你们中有人起背信的恶心，背离生活的天主；反之，只要还有“今天”在，

 

so that none of you may grow hardened by the deceit of sin. We have become partners of Christ if only we hold the beginning of the reality firm until the end.

你们要天天互相劝勉，免得你们有人因罪恶的诱惑而硬了心，因为我们已成了有份于基督的人，只要我们保存著起初怀有的信心，坚定不移，直到最后。

【答】：你们今天要听从上主的声音，不要那样心顽。

 

Come, let us bow down in worship; let us kneel before the LORD who made us. For he is our God, and we are the people he shepherds, the flock he guides.

领：请大家前来，一齐伏地朝拜，向造我们的上主，屈膝示爱。因为他是我们的真神，我们是他牧养的人民，是他手所引导的羊群。

 

R. If today you hear his voice, harden not your hearts.

【答】：你们今天要听从上主的声音，不要那样心顽。

 

Oh, that today you would hear his voice: "Harden not your hearts as at Meribah, as in the day of Massah in the desert, Where your fathers tempted me; they tested me though they had seen my works."

领：你们今天要听从上主的声音：不要再像在默黎巴那样心顽，也不要像在旷野中玛撒那天！你们的祖先虽然见过我的工作，在那里他们还是试探我，考验我。

 

R. If today you hear his voice, harden not your hearts.

【答】：你们今天要听从上主的声音，不要那样心顽。

 

Forty years I was wearied of that generation; I said: "This people's heart goes astray, they do not know my ways." Therefore I swore in my anger: "They shall never enter my rest."

领：四十年之久，我厌恶了那一世代，曾说：这百姓心中迷惑，不肯承认我的真道，因此我怀着愤怒而起誓说：他们决不得进入我的安所。

 

R. If today you hear his voice, harden not your hearts.

【答】：你们今天要听从上主的声音，不要那样心顽。

 

Gospel  MK 1:40-45

福音（耶稣洁净了癞病人。）

恭读圣马尔谷福音 1:40-45

 

A leper came to him and kneeling down begged him and said, "If you wish, you can make me clean."

那时候，有一个癞病人来到耶稣跟前，跪下求他说：“你若愿意，就能洁净我。”

 

Moved with pity, he stretched out his hand, touched the leper, and said to him, "I do will it. Be made clean."

耶稣动了怜悯的心，就伸手抚摸他，向他说：“我愿意，你洁净了吧！”

 

The leprosy left him immediately, and he was made clean. Then, warning him sternly, he dismissed him at once.

癞病立时脱离了他，他就洁净了。然后，耶稣严厉警告他，立即催他走，

 

Then he said to him, "See that you tell no one anything, but go, show yourself to the priest and offer for your cleansing what Moses prescribed; that will be proof for them."

并向他说：“当心！什么也不可告诉人，但去叫司祭检验你，并为你的洁净，奉献梅瑟所规定的，给他们当作证据。”

 

The man went away and began to publicize the whole matter. He spread the report abroad so that it was impossible for Jesus to enter a town openly.

但那人一出去，便开始极力宣扬，把这事传扬开了，以致耶稣不能再公然进城，

 

He remained outside in deserted places, and people kept coming to him from everywhere.

只好留在外边荒野的地方；但人们却从各处到他跟前来。
